Weather Policy

 

We understand that weather can change quickly, and since we do not have any control over weather, we utilize the following NO HASSLE Weather Policy: During periods of severe weather conditions (rain, heavy rain, high winds, etc.), for safety reason we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. On the day of your rental, if weather conditions are predicted to be adverse, we may give you the option of accepting delivery or not. If the rental is ultimately cancelled, we prefer that you reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will, in this case, refund your deposit minus a 3% fee that we are charged for processing. On the other hand, if we agree to deliver and you decide to accept delivery, there will be no refunds or credits issued regardless of how long you were able to use the inflatable!

Unexpected weather -if winds meet or exceed 15MPH during the duration of your rental period, we ask that you remove everyone out of the unit, turn the blower off and allow bounce house to completely deflate for everyone’s safety.
 

Delivery expectations.

 

Moga Party Rentals delivers the day of the event between the hours of 7am-1pm, we will send out text messages the week off to provide you with an estimated time of arrival. Please keep in mind the time may be subject to change.

someone MUST BE THERE AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND THROUGH THE SET UP PROCESS to instruct driver where to set up rental equipment and sign waiver. This person must be the homeowner or the renter of the home and 18 years of age and over. Once waiver is signed, you have read and agreed to the terms of Moga Party Rental agreements. Moga Party Rentals will pick up rental equipment the following day, no one is required to be home, unless instructed differently by driver.

PLEASE READ! It is crucial to prioritize the safety of everyone by refraining from moving rental equipment or swapping extension cords after technician leaves. By doing so, we ensure that the equipment is properly set up and maintained, reducing the risk of accidents or damage. Consistently following these guidelines promotes a safe environment and protects the well-being of all individuals involved.

NOTE: If rain is on the forecast for overnight or early morning hours, WE WILL advise you of it at delivery and make proper arrangements to pick up rental equipment that SAME NIGHT before 8pm to avoid property damage.
 

Refund policy.

 

Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Notice: Customers must provide a minimum of 10 days' notice prior to the scheduled event date to be eligible for a refund. This allows us enough time to adjust our inventory and make necessary arrangements.

2. Refund Eligibility:

a) Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event date will be eligible for a refund.

b) Cancellations made within 10 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee will be charged for all eligible refunds.

This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing the refund.

4. Refund Process: a) To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Provide your event details and the reason for cancellation.

b) Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the 3% processing fee.

c) Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days via the original payment method used during the booking process.

5. Exceptions: In exceptional cases, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may consider refund requests for cancellations made within the 10-day window. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis. Please note that our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.
